Nunchaku Opposite Leg Rolls Drill

Welcome back, this is going to be video nine! In this drill, we’re going to start up over the shoulder again and instead of going down to the inner thigh on the same side, we’re going to come down to the opposite inner thigh.
So we’re going to cross over, then we’re going up to the upper thigh, roll off the top, bringing it back down to the bottom, and up to the shoulder again.
Okay? So, I went down, up, down, up. And down, up, down, up.
Okay, so we’re going to go down, up, down, up…
This going to give you a sense of rolling off your leg and coming back up, okay?
Alright, so that’s pretty much it for drill nine. Once again, it’s just down to the inner thigh, outer thigh, and then back to the shoulder!
