Alright, welcome back! This is drill 10! We’re going to start over the shoulder again and this time we’re going to come down to the inner thigh and the outer thigh, just like we did in video nine.

We’ll start with that and then we’re going to move over to the opposite thigh, which will be the same as your striking hand. Then we’re gonna go from the opposite thigh, to the inner thigh, and then back up to the to the other shoulder position.

So it’s down…okay? You can also reverse it.

Just work on getting the continuity with it…the feeling of moving it around. And it’s really easy.

Once again, not much practical value in a fight situation, but it’s a little bits and pieces of this that we move it all together. That’s when you become effective and you want to be comfortable with any position you find yourself in with the nunchaku.
