Welcome back! This is drill number 8. In drill number 7, we went from over the shoulder down to the inner thigh and back. That was drill seven.

In this one, we’re going to:

Go down, come up.

Down, up, down, up, down, up…

Okay! So, you want to keep your head from doing this type of thing…ok?

Also, don’t be afraid of the nunchuck. If you have to slow down, so you know exactly where that chuck is at, that’s okay! OK?

Then from there, you can speed up.

Your heads gonna move back a little bit, because your body is moving, your arm is moving, you’re swinging the nunchuck around…there is a little bit of weight, but you want to stay away from the fearful movements.

Also, you want to be, very much, in control. So, know where the chuck is at. You make the chuck go around your body. Make the chuck go where it’s supposed to go. You don’t conform to the chuck, the chuck conforms to you! Okay?
