Alright, welcome back! This is going to be drill number six and this drill is designed much like drill number five, but there’s a little difference.

One difference is instead of coming off the left hip and down to the knee, you’re gonna be coming off the left hip and onto the other hip, and then from there you’re going to be coming up to the shoulder, instead of back.

So let’s take a look at how this this looks. I will do it slowly.

You’re starting again from the over-the-shoulder and you’re coming down to the hip, other hip, up.

Hip, hip, up.

Down, hip, hip, up.

Down, hip, hip, up.

Ok!

So, this is designed to give you a feeling of coming across this way, evenly, on a horizontal axis there. Then you’re going to come off his hip and your going to come up to the shoulder, which gives you a vertical slash.

So, once again just take your time with this. Get the feeling for your hip & shoulder movement with nunchaku. Practice with different nunchucks…all of that.
